Located in the very northeastern corner of Oregon, we raise premium quality grass-fed beef. We finish our animals on a grass/alfalfa mix and utilize rotational grazing to ensure a consistent supply of fresh and nutritious feed. This method, combined with our herd genetics and pasture quality yields extremely flavorful beef that is exceptionally tender, yet in nutrition tests shows less than 3% total fat and an omega 6 to 3 ratio of 1:1.
Our bulk beef is available locally as well as delivered to Portland in the late summer and fall. All animals are humanely field harvested, aged for 14 days, and cut and wrapped to your specifications at our trusted local processor.
