Caromont Farm is a family owned, goat dairy located near Charlottesville, Va., established by Gail Hobbs-Page and her husband Daniel. With the development of Caromont, Gail has combined her love of good food with her committment to local farming. She is a long time member of Slowfood Virginia, and as a chef for over 25 years, has worked for local icons such as the Mark Addy Inn and Basic Necessities in Nellysford; Feast! and Hamilton's in downtown Charlottesville. Gail brings her passion for healthy eating and sustainable agriculture into everything she does, and we are excited to bring her farmstead and artisanal cheeses to consumers in the Charlottesville area.
