We are looking forward to Asparagus in April/May. June will produce beautiful Shiitake Mushrooms (through October), accompanied by baby bok choy, kale, beets (red and golden) and spinach! The big news is the eight varieties of heirloom Tomatoes growing in our hoophouse that should hit the market around June 15! Lucious blueberries and blackberries will be available in June as well. Raspberries will be available almost year round! In July, the field heirloom tomatoes arrive, plus Crenshaw melons, sweet peppers, okra and eggplant! In the fall, we'll have greens and winter squash ... but the real deal is Baby Ginger! Available in October At Casselmonte, we are "bringing taste back to the table!" Our operation is organic ~ we do not use chemical fertilizer or pesticides.
