Welcome to Catnip Farm! Here are some of our native heirloom peach trees in bloom. These are the trees we grow from seed. Despite the severe winter of '07-'08 and months of flooding that followed, we had a great peach crop that fall ~ and 2011 was wonderful too. This season we enjoyed some nicer weather, grew and harvested lots of wonderful catnip, heirloom peach, tomato and flower seeds ~ and are still harvesting our biggest, BEST catnip crop ever =^..^= !

CATNIP FARM is a 14+ acre organic farmstead in western Iowa County, owned and farmed by Rich and Ericka since 1996. We specialize in growing the best Catnip in the world, "Mr. Nipster" brand ~ Organic Catnip for Real Cool Cats! ~ and beautiful, productive, RARE native heirloom Indian-Iowa White Freestone peach trees, fruit and seeds, and we provide our customers with organically grown vegetables, culinary & medicinal herbs, wheat, oat, barley and rye grain "kitty greens" pet + cat grass seed kits, cut flowers, fruit, bedding plants in spring, unusual succulent house plants year-round, honey, fresh & dried specialty catnip, handmade kitty toys and fine crafts (Wildgirl ceramics, jewelry, mosaics & Christmas ornaments).
