Cedar Circle Farm and Education Center

Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center is a certified organic farm on conserved land along the Connecticut River in East Thetford, Vermont, just minutes from Norwich, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire. We have a full service farmstand and coffee shop on site, open May-October.

The farm has 40 acres in crops, growing a variety of vegetables, small fruits, legumes, oilseed, grain crops, bedding plants and annual and perennial flowers for the farmstand, farmers markets, wholesale accounts and large community supported agriculture (CSA) program.

Our on-site commercial kitchen transforms crops in to pickles, preserves and value added products, baked goods for the cafe, and fresh food for our community festivals and farm dinners.

The Education Center hosts seasonal workshops, classes, farm tours, a self-guided tour, and teaching gardens promoting the use of sustainable food systems and farm based education.

Our four-fold educational mission is to train next generation farmers, raise public awareness of the importance and benefits of local organic agriculture, and to increase access to quality organic foods to low-income people.
