Bay leaf is used in chowders and soups, casseroles, pasta sauce, and stews. It is wonderful added to meat dishes, especially beef, turkey, chicken, or sea food dishes. Unlike most Bay leaf you will find in the supermarket, ours is CCOF Certified Organic, and is approx. 1oz. of pure goodness,and will add that something special to your meals time, and time again.
