We raise our own certified organic beef from birth to slaughter. Our organic beef has never been administerd any hormones, or antibiotics.
All of our pasture, hay and grain are also certified organic. The cattle are free ranging on pasture year round and have never consumed any animal byproducts, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or insecticides.
Prior to cutting our beef is dry aged for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of three weeks. We take pains to trim any excess fat off the outside of our beef and never add extra fat into our ground beef.
The 25# Organic Beef Package contains; 2 T-Bone Steaks,
2 Rib Steaks, 1 Full Cut Bone In Sirloin Steak, 1 Pot or Chuck Roast, 1 Bonelss Oven Roast, 2# Cube Steak, and Approximatley 10# Extra Lean Ground Beef(8-10% fat maximum.)
Because our beef is free range and extremely lean we recommend not overcooking the steaks.
Our beef is freezer wrapped the old fashioned way in plastic freezer film and unbleached, brown, environmentally friendly butcher paper. We ship the 25# organic beef package frozen via next day air.
