The 15# Certified Organic Beef and Roast Package contains; 6 pounds of Boneless Oven Roasts(two roasts), 6 pounds of Pot or Chuck Roasts (two roasts), and 3 pounds Boneless Top Sirloin Steaks (individually wrapped, at least 5 steaks.) Our beef is freezer wrapped the old fashioned way in plastic freezer film and unbleached, environmentally friendly, brown butcher paper. Because our beef is free range and extremely lean we recommend not overcooking the steaks. We ship the 15# organic beef package frozen via next day air.
