Chamomile flowers contain the substance chamazulene, which has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties when used in the form of tea. The perfect choice for digestive problems, insomnia, hyperactivity, and stress related illnesses. Can be used in inhalations for asthma and bronchitis.
Use externally as a wash on irritated skin, or in other cosmetics.
