Champoeg Farm est. 1856

We grow the best pasture raised eggs, pork and turkey that nature allows. Our animals are raised in ideal conditions on our lush green pastures which provide amazing nutrients to the animals and as much as 20% of their diet.

Our labor intensive methods of pasture grazing make our animals healthier and reduces stress, however this is not the only reason we do it. The eggs from a pasture raised hen are almost from a different food group! It's like comparing a winter tomato from Chile to a homegrown one fresh off the vine in August! Along with such intense flavor, the nutritional values of pastured eggs and meats are impressive compared with those raised with conventional methods. We strive to raise Food With Real Integrity. Our guiding principle is sustainability and healthy living for our family, our land and our customers, by utilizing practices from our past for a better future. Please visit our website to see for yourself our methods and philosophy.

Have you tasted Pasture Raised Pork yet? The intensity of flavors and moistness really set it apart from conventional pork which tends to dry out. Our Berkshires live in the great outdoors on a hillside under a grove of large fir trees. They run and root which both add to the flavor and character of the meat. All the exercise builds muscles not fat and the rooting and foraging adds nutrients to their diet. Now taking orders for 1/2 or whole hog.
