Charlie Hong Kong was inpired by the simplicity and humility of Asian street food culture. Originally the watering hole of the common laborer, the Asian street food stall provided snack or simple home-style dishes to workers away from home.

The lack of décor is of little consequence. In fact, regulars claim that the air, the hustle and bustle of the streets, the sounds of sizzling woks, and the plethora of cooking aromas all contribute to the quality of the food?that the environment in which it is prepared gives the food its soul.
