We are a small fromagerie in Dallas, Texas. We make all natural goat cheese, using French artisinal methods. We source our milk from a Grade A dairy in Itasca, Texas. Our cheese is pure, sweet and natural. Our cheeses are available on the internet and are shipped overnight.
