I am a professionally trained chef and have been working in the culinary profession since 1986. I specialize in custom-tailored menus for any and every occasion. My creative focus is a blend of all my favorite things: whole grains, organics, multi-ethnic flavors and rustic-home style. I also have complete flexibility to create items based on your specific needs, whether they are personal tastes or dietary restrictions.

We support local farms. Currently we buy from Walters Farm, Videnovich Farms, McWethy Farm, Billy Boy Farm and Garwood Orchards.
