Chestnut Tree Corner Farm, located in Dighton MA. at the intersection of Pine and Brook Streets "Chestnut Tree Corner" was an old crop farm that has been used only for hay since 1990. Since having not used pesticides for 17 years the property qualifies for organic. The"new" farm begins in 2005 as a chicken and duck farm raised for eggs. But they have a more important role now as free range pest control for the organic produce that we use in our value added market of home made products. Those products include Garlic Salt, Wine, Wine Vinegar, and Raw Sauerkraut.
Most products are sold locally as organic, natural, free range, or whole foods mostly for their health benefits. NEW! for 2010. Organic Potatoes. Early whites, then late season yellows. Remember while food is getting expensive, "real" organic is a better deal. Tastes better, is better for you, and the enviroment.
