We are a small FARMSTEAD GOAT DAIRY making various lactic cheeses in the french style. Each recipe is made in small batches in order to keep the quality and freshness of the cheese as fine as possible. We DO NOT use any animal rennet in any of our cheeses, only vegetable rennet. Goat cheese is low in fat and is very easy to digest as opposed to cows or sheeps milk cheese due to the small size of the fat globules that make up the milk body. This makes it very desirable for children, elderly people and folks that are lactose intolerant. Goats also make great pets , so we do sell some of our babies during kidding season.
