Chisholm Family Farm is located in Elmwood, convienently located close to both Omaha and Lincoln. We are a small pasture-based soy-free family farm. We milk jersey cows that are grass-fed. Our cows and land are treated naturally, following organic practices. We also raise and sell pastured pork, pastured chickens, pastured eggs, and pastured turkeys. All of our animals are raised on pasture and given only organic soy-free grains as a supplement. Our lamb and beef is 100% grass fed and grass-finished. NEW for 2011! Raw milk cheese! Available late summer or early fall we will have raw milk aged cheeses available. Pasteurized versions available by July. Currently we have raw milk English Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack aging in the cheese cave.
