We are a small, urban-fringe, certified organic farm. We specialize in heirloom varieties of vegetables and fruits, with a focus on garlic. We are currently growing 330 different varieties of garlic on the farm. You can find Chispas Farm at the Nob Hill Growers' Market on Thursdays from May to November, 3pm to 6:30 pm, and at the Downtown Growers' Market at 8th and Central from June to November on Saturdays from 7am to noon. We also supply many local restaurants, such as Farina, JJ 101, and The Grove Cafe.
