We melt Guittard's dark chocolate & hand-dip each and every one of our lovely Blenheim apricots. We choose the soft & tender extra fancy size and dip half in dark chocolate. The picture shows them in a box, but we now bag them in a clear bag so that the beauty of the apricot and the chocolate shows through. A great presentation. Not too huge of a portion, just a mouthful to enjoy. They ship perfectly in the winter months, but must be 3 Day UPS'd in the warm months. They're perishable.
