The wonderfully fragrant smell of Chocolate Mint (Mentha piperita cv.) is reminiscent of an after-dinner chocolate mint.
Great dried and added to black tea or used by itself, Chocolate Mint also makes a nice addition to chocolate deserts and breakfast breads. Use it chopped up with fresh ripe strawberries and to flavor ice cream. Chocolate Mint carries a very strong flavor. A little goes a long way!
