We hand pick choke cherries, cook them down, remove the seeds and skins, and use the pulp to create this tasty jam. These are the berries that give you a dry mouth when you eat them, but make one of the tastiest jams around. This is one of the hardest jams to find because there aren't many of these berries out there anymore.
