Our homemade Chokecherry jelly has a uniquely sweet/tart flavor that can't be compared to any other fruit. The berries grow wild on our farm in the Huckleberry Mountain Range of the Pacific Northwest. We pick the chokecherries daily so we can get then at their peak ripeness in the fall and I make the jelly the same day. Chokecherries are very high in antioxidant pigment compounds.
Our vegetables and berries are picked daily so we can pick them at their peak ripeness. I make the jelly in small batches the same day to ensure freshness. Our kitchen is inspected annually and licensed by the USDA.
