Chokola'j pronounced "choko-lah" is the realization of the dreams and efforts of Co-Founders Daniel & Susan Kennedy. Involved in the New American food movement for the last 15 years, they invite local ingredients to inspire them. Captured inspirations reveal themselves in flavors like Local Blueberry Port and Chamomile Honey Caramels.
We produce our chocolates from the finest cacao in the world, representing single origins, organic producers, and simply the best covertures. Producing in small batches allows us to accentuate our chocolates by pairing flavor combinations with the inherent attributes of a given chocolate. You will discover "local-to-us" produced wines and herbs, fresh all natural cream and dairy in our hand made confections.
Every purchase we make is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment. Together we are making a difference by supporting organic producers, sustainable agriculture and local businesses.
