Our farm has been in the family since 1895, and we have been raising all natural grass fed/grass finished beef since 1995. Our beef is truly grass fed, not like some so-called grass fed which is started on grass but "finished" on grain. We do not add a grain fed "finishing" period prior to butchering, but instead "finish" the cattle on lush, highly nutritious grass/legume pastures from April through November. We use natural production methods, with no hormones, no low-dose antibiotic feeding, and no harmful chemicals.
Our beef is custom processed at a small, government-inspected facility to our specifications, and is dry-aged for 14-21 days. This results in lean, wholesome, tender, and tasty beef with all the health benefits that grass feeding produces. M
