Our farm has been in the family since 1895, and we have been raising all natural grass fed/grass finished beef since 1995. Our cattle fatten on lush, grass-legume pastures through the growing season, and are generally butchered in the fall.
Our beef is custom butchered at a small, government-inspected facility to our specifications, and is dry-aged for 14-21 days. This results in lean, wholesome, tender, and tasty beef with all the health benefits that grass feeding produces. Many people have told us it's the best beef they've ever tasted!
Beef is available frozen in 1/2s and split 1/2s.
We will have beef available for butchering in the fall. Current prices are $3.75/lb plus processing (generally .75 - .80/lb.). Ordering now will ensure availability, with payment not due until your beef is done.
If you are looking for beef immediately, you're in luck. We still have a few split 1/2s in the freezer. In order to empty the space for the upcoming season, they are discounted to only $ 3.60/lb (price includes the processing fee). Each of these split 1/2s will weigh about 140-150 lbs.
