The City of Poughkeepsie Main Street Farmers' Market occurs rain or shine every Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, in two locations concurrently in Poughkeepsie: Pulaski Park, Washington St. and
Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park, Parker Ave. and Washington St.
The market is a delightful, bazaar-like affair, featuring three local vegetable farmers, two local fruit farmers, incredible local bread and sweets bakers, a bunch of tasty ethnic hot food, and a local winery, among other attractions. We have entertainment, cooking demos, a schedule of major events, and much more. The market provides quality food to downtown customers, support to local farmers and producers and a vibrant venue for arts performances, theme days, promotions and special events that are planned throughout the season.
