All our chickens are free range raised on grasses with a non-medicated grain for protein Our Narragansett turkeys are a Heritage pure breed. And our ducks are Wild Mallards. As with all of our poultry they are hormone and antibiotic free and get lots of sunshine and space to roam around they get to forage and get a high protein supplement feed. Our laying hens have the same care as our meat birds and the same feed we also mix in a little a hen scratch to give them a little more to scratch around at helping to keep them happy and producing good quality eggs. We are as organic as we can it get for now is hard to find certified organic grains or feeds around here so we do the best we can.

New for CJ farms in 2012 we will be adding New Zealand White rabbits to our farm and soon after will be adding rabbit meat to our store (hopefully around April 1st) as with all of our animals our rabbit enjoy lots of sun light and fresh air and no medications.
