This award-winning, 33 year old vegetarian restaurant is located across from Yale University and the historic New Haven Green. Their cuisine includes a variety of dishes; Mexican, Italian, and other ethnic foods. Open daily from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Breakfast includes organic eggs florentine, Irish Breakfast, housemade yogurt and granolla, muffins and coffeecakes, Huevos Rancheros and Migas. Enjoy a lunch or Dinner of homemade soups and stews, pastas and lasagnes, stuffed peppers, and macs and cheese, and soy based "meats" like soyMeatLoaf, veggie burgers, colorful organic salads, interesting sandwiches, and housemade manicotti and ravioli. House made chai and Mexican Hot Chocolate, Lassi, smoothies, organic and fair-trade coffees, and espresso drinks complete the meal.

Every day from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Claire's Corner Copia is an award-winning, 33 year old vegetarian restaurant located across from old campus at Yale University in New Haven Connecticut. We use local honey and organic eggs, and use as many organic and locally grown foods as possible. In 2008, we began Giardino del Mare, our Gardens by the Sea to grow our organic heirloom tomatoes, arugula, herbs, and cantaloupe for Claire's Corner Copia and Basta Trattoria.
