Claret Farm

Claret Farm is a small family farm and conference center. Conveniently located just off of Highway 94, on a charming 14 acre property, Claret Farm invites you to come and be renewed in mind, body and spirit!

As a farming family, our five children are actively involved in providing the labor to raise free-range laying hens, from a number of heritage breeds including Chantecler, Australorp, Rhode Island Red, and Wyandotte. We intend to use sustainable chemical-free growing practices in order to raise vegetables, fruits and herbs starting this summer (we will update our product list as items become available). Claret Farm invites you to visit and tour our farmyard, browse our extensive bookstore, and renew yourself on our pleasant grounds, including large gazebo with grill, fire pit, two gazing ponds, and six acres of walking trails. Hungry patrons are welcome to explore our country store and indoor farm stand, located in our Visitors Center, on Saturdays from April through October. The Visitors Center also includes a Meeting Hall where we provide health education, classes, and private counseling to prospective and growing families, including understanding the connections between healthy food and natural fertility, pregnancy, birth, and nursing. We are actively seeking Members to join our farm for the upcoming growing season!
