Clark's Farm offers 100% grass-fed beef grown on our farm in the heart of Howard County. We manage the grazing of our animals to enhance the growth of the pasture, the health of the soil, and the nutritional value of our products. Throughout the year the cattle eat only high-quality pasture and stored grasses in the form of hay. We do not feed grain, soy, corn silage, or feed concentrates and we do not give the animals any synthetic hormones, steroids, antibiotics or animal byproducts. We also raise pigs and laying hens on our farm in our pastures and wooded areas. Our pigs are allowed to run, play, root, and express their "pigginess" all day long! Our free-range chickens spend their days foraging for bugs and worms. In addition to what both our pigs and chickens forage for, they are given extra vegetables from our chemical free farm garden and a special blend of non-GMO grains (non-genetically modified organism). Our bacon and hams are cured without nitrates.
You can purchase our beef, pork, and eggs at Clark's Elioak Farm, 10500 State Route 108, Ellicott City, MD 21042. The farm is open Tuesday thru Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM from April 1 through November 6. Off season, check our website for details. We also operate a summer Produce Stand during July and August. Everything we raise in our garden is grown chemical free! The beef and pork is processed at a USDA-approved facility and available frozen at our store at Clark's Elioak Farm on Route 108 in Ellicott City. Check our website for open hours. Our pigs are raised in pastures and wooded areas where they can roots and play. Our pigs are supplemented with a non-GMO grain. Our bacon and hams are cured without nitrates.
