Clearwater Acres is a small educational farm whose mission is to promote sustainability. We grow many varieties of open pollinated and heritage vegetables, herbs and flowers. Varieties are chosen based on hardiness, nutritional density and, of course, taste. Everything is naturally grown, with no chemical imputs. ("beyond organic") My animals are raised "cruelty free". I grow truely free-ranged chickens and eggs, as well as percentage nubian, boer and alpine goats for milk and meat. Throughout the year we offer a variety of classes on many subjects with related farm tours. Hours open to the public are limited and vary throughout the year. The best way to know what's happening and which products are available, is to access the website. I'm always looking for dedicated interns and responsible farm volunteers!
