Cock-A-Doodle Ewe Farm

We are a small producer of pasture raised eggs and chickens as well as grass fed lamb. We are located on the Bucks/Northampton county line not far from the Delaware River. Cock-A-Doodle Ewe raises grass fed heritage Shetland Sheep for both fiber and meat. Our chickens are all heritage breeds laying either brown or blue eggs. They are fed transitional feed from Lancaster County and all the bugs and worms they can find in the pasture. We will be adding heritage broilers in the spring. These birds are not the typical Cornish Cross Hybrids that mature in 7 weeks, but colored birds from european genetics. These birds take longer to mature and have more flavor and better texture than the Cornish Cross.
