The catnip relieves pain and produces perspiration inducing sleep without increasing body temperature. Catnip also helps to reduce excess mucus from the body. Chamomile is excellent for fevers and cold and is beneficial for a good night's sleep. Rosemary is a good headache and tension reliever and will also help with muscle pain associated with flu.
available either loose or in convenient tea bags
The 4 teabags are 1 cup of tea for each teabag
The 6, 12, 15, etc teabags are 2 or more cups of tea per teabag.
Since I personally grow and dry all my herbs, my teas cannot get any fresher and you may notice the difference when compared to other herb teas.
Instructions for preparing the tea will be included with each packet of teabags.

For the most part unless mentioned otherwise, each tea bag will make 2 to 3 cups of tea; If loose herb tea, two ounces will make about 23 cups of tea . One ounce of just an herb is about a sandwich bag, and sometimes a little more. If it is a root herb such as burdock root it is heavier, thus an ounce would be about a quarter of a sandwich bag. Comfrey, plantain and nettle leaves would be in a quart size bag.
