Coldwater Gardens is a sustainable agritourism farm working for the health of our environment and community through sustainable farming practices. We provide environmental and agricultural education, we cultivate organic and heirloom foods, and demonstrate sustainable living. Learn about organic gardening, growing shiitake mushrooms on logs, soil building, beekeeping and explore the dense network of hiking and biking trails. We also accept volunteers.
We are open for informal tours on Fridays from 9 to noon.

Heirloom Tomatoes, fresh herbs, mixed greens (endive, lettuce mix, arugula, rainbow chard, red kale, etc), squash, peppers, melons, cucumbers, eggs, shiitake mushrooms honey, etc. We are working on expanding our gardens and have sold all of our produce to local restaurants.
