We raise Pork, Beef, Lamb, Chickens, and Turkeys in the High Desert of Northern Nevada. Our livestock are humanely raised to bring the best quality product to your table. All of our livestock are free range, antibiotic free, no metabolic enhancers, or growth hormones to alter the natural growth of the animal. Our Pork, Beef, and Lamb products are USDA inspected and our beef is dry aged. There is also no water, sodium or other fillers added.
