This is NOT elephant garlic, it is just a giant-sized, "Colossal" bulb of Porcelain variety, heirloom, stiffneck-type of Garlic. We invented the term "Colossal Garlic," because these are larger than any graded size in the garlic industry, so we had to give it a name, and colossal is a good name to have.
