I get my meat from Polyface in Swoope, VA, my dairy and eggs from John G. Esh in Quarryville, PA, my organic spelt from Joel Steigman in Halifax, PA and my fruit and vegetables in season from the Oakton Farmers' Market of which I am the market manager.
