We are a family farm raising purebred angus beef. All cattle are raised using no antibiotics and no growth hormones. Cattle are grass fed on pasture until the fall of the year and then are corn fed. Our goal is to raise beef that is tender, flavorful and lean. Because these animals are never out of our production system and then processed locally we are able to provide 100% traceability.
