Our Abenaki Flint Corn Flour is delicious and versatile, great in cornbread, pancakes, or any recipe that calls for corn flour. The stone-ground flour has both fine grains and some larger bits for a wonderful texture.
Our corn is grown in small plots, hand-harvested and shucked, and receives supplemental drying to ensure a low moisture content.
