Our late-summer fare is always enlivened by these beautiful red sweet peppers. They are horn-shaped, 6-8" long, and ever so versatile. We grill them, stuff them with other late-summer seasonal delicacies like our chanterelle mushrooms, and chop then into salads, soups, stews, and omelettes.
Pepper plants are perennial -- keep them going for years in a warm climate or in containers on a sunporch, etc.
Three or six peppers per order.
