Country Critters Farm is a small scale goat cheese dairy ran by Julie and Mike Thibodeau with the help of our son Jared. Our cheese is made from our own herd of pastured alpine and Nubian cross goats. We are currently milking fifteen. Next year we will be milking twenty six. Our fresh Robiola del Bek style cheese is complimented for it's fresh mild taste and smooth texture. The smooth texture is accomplished by hand ladeling the curd into the molds in layers. Our Robiola del Bek style cheese is available plain or herbed with a variety of locally purchased herbs. We also produce feta and plan to offer aged pressed cheeses in the future.
