Country Lake Ostriches is a complete ostrich ranch and the only one in San Joaquin County. It has over three dozen breeders and will hatch and growout all chicks until slaughter to supply local restaurants. We operate a non-profit educational organization which offers tours for schools and groups. We also have farm stays, a small animal palace, picnic grounds and a gift shop.

Fresh ostrich eggs! Equal to 2 dozen chicken eggs. One egg omelet will feed you and 4 friends.
Farm Stays
Guest find bedding with nearby ostriches a uniques vacation. They are facinated by the massive, gawky birds with elegant, fine feathers shuffling along on spindly legs, heads bobbing up and down. Their huge eggs provide afternoon treasure hunts. The ranch house has two guest rooms and shady, grass-covered grounds with a swimming pool, volleyball and horseshoes.
