My husband and I are farmers in the mountains of Craig County, VA, near Roanoke, Salem, Blacksburg & New Castle. We raise hay, beef cattle and miniature donkeys and also have draft horses, cats and dogs. Since we are farmers, we're outdoors much of the time. The area where we live and farm is beautiful, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, mountains with ever-changing colors, wildlife, beautiful scenery, wonderful old farm homes and outbuildings, and we get to see all of this every day. I capture as much of this as possible with my camera. After taking hundreds of photos, and sharing them with friends and family, I've been urged to "do something" with my photos, and that's when Creekside Creations was started. I now (more...)

Catawba Valley Farmers' Market, beside Catawba Community Center, near the Post Office & Homeplace Restaurant, Catawba, VA. Market open on Thursdays, from 3:30 to 6:30 PM.

Opening Thursday, May 5, 2011.
