Creekside Meadows Farm is a small family farm located just south of Cazenovia, NY
We are committed to protecting our local ecosystem and providing safe, healthy food for our customers. We raise our animals on pasture because we want them to have fresh air and green grass the way nature intended. We strive to create a healthy environment to reduce disease and eliminate the need for medications. We offer pasture raised chicken, pork, turkey and 100% grass fed beef.
New for 2012 is farm fresh organic vegetables! FARM SHARE PLAN! Similar to a csa but you can choose what you would like. Prepay on your farm share account in any amount and use that during the season to make purchases on the farm. Se
