The Creole garlics are relatively rare, and hard to find if you don't order months in advance. We have a limited quantity of our seed stock this year, above what we need to plant.
As their name suggests, these are Southern garlics, one of the few strains that will do well with a mild winter. Very zesty and flavorful garlic. They are also quite beautiful, with clove wrappers ranging from a vibrant pink to deep burgundy.
