Linda's CRISPY FRESH GARDEN CSA is going on it's 4th season in 2012. Our share-holders have confidence in knowing that they will receive fresh, naturally grown, quality produce at a great value. We offer vegetable & fruit varieties which are excellent for eating fresh, or for canning or freezing. Pick-up at our farm is once per week (either Tuesday or Friday). Produce is picked on your pick-up day ~ never before that so that your food is as fresh as possible. In our weekly email pick-up reminder, we include a list of all the produce available that week, as well as some cooking ideas and/or recipes. Many weeks there is an option to have a larger or even unlimited supply of a certain vegetable (green beans & sweet corn for example).

In addition to the CSA Garden, we grow Strawberries in a Hydroponic System. Sweet Corn is grown in very large quantities ~ there is always extra available for freezing & canning. Note: We DO sell sweet corn to non-CSA members, and you can usually find our sweet corn at the Brooktondale Farmers Market. Note: For the past 3 years I have been "Certified Naturally Grown"; however, I have let my membership lapse. I am still committed to growing naturally.
