Crosscreek Farm

Our family raises pastured hogs, grass-fed beef and free range chickens, adherering to the Animal Welfare Approved guidelines and protocols, ensuring humane handling and processing guidelines. We sell our frozen "natural pork and beef" at the farm, a t Krankes Coffe in Winston Salem (Tues 11-1 - April - Nov), and the Triad Buying Club (through the Piedmont Environmental Aliance) in WS. Our animals are raised without the use of antibiotiics or hormones and are not fed animal byproducts. We raise Duroc/Tamworth and Hereford Hogs, Jersey cows, dairy/beef steers and a diverse mix of poultry - for egg production only.

We welcome visitors and sell only the most delicious tasting and lean pork and beef products - never adding fat to our sausage, Bratwurst, Andouille, Chorizo or Italian Sausage. This farm has been in our family for over 100 years, and we are continuing the tradition while offering a more holistic farming practice.
