Crum Creek CSA is the collaborative effort of a few farmers, all operating small family farms, working together to give you a wide selection of locally raised, high quality, healthy meats.We raise our animals with the strong belief that healthy, well cared for animals produce healthy, great tasting meat. We are offering elk, beef, pork, chicken, eggs and lamb, all of which are pastured during the summer months and fed quality forages during the winter months. We sell meat in bulk (whole or half) in 20 lb bundles (assorted cuts) and in 6 month shares (where you receive 5 lbs or meat every month for 6 months) All meat and eggs can be picked up at our farm or at one of our farmer's markets. We do have an online store, as well.

Farmers' Market
Schedule and Location:
From June thru Sept we can be found at the Farmer's Market at the Crossings in the Crossings Park in Colonie. This market is on Saturdays from 9-1
From November thru April we can be found in the Empire Plaza Market in the Empire Building (on the Concourse) on Wednesdays from 10-2
