Every week you can pickup a share of our harvest. This includes annuals like lettuce, peas, beans and tomatoes; and perennials like asparaus, strawberries and raspberries. Also includes our free range brown eggs.
At peak season, with a full share, you can expect about a bushel of produce, and a half share being about a half bushel of produce.
A full share includes a dozen eggs each week, and a half share includes a dozen eggs every other week.
Pickup begins in May and continues to the end of October. This is a full 6 months - 26 weeks.
Phil and Kathy farm 40 acres in Buffalo. We are located about 50 miles NW of the Twin Cities.
We raise fruits and vegetables including strawberries, raspberries, asparagus, summer squash, peas and beans, sweet corn cucumbers, tomatoes and winter squash. Select produce is also home processed into canned goods like strawberry jam, raspberry jelly, corn relish and salsa.
We also offer brown eggs produced by our never caged, free range chickens. Our flock grows to over 250 hens in the summer during peak production.
