Smaller Elizabeth Telling Farm Shares include 4-6 free-range eggs, lettuce, greens and 4 or 5 additional vegetables in season. Vegetables include, peas, corn, spinach, beans, potatoes, onions, cabbages, broccoli, carrots, eggplant, tomatoes. The main idea is to introduce the idea of local food to your weekly diet. The smaller share is for people who are busy and may eat out frequently but want to start adding local food.
All vegetables are grown sustainably using organic seeds and organic fertilizers in beautiful bottom-land soil of Belemont County. The chickens have access to an acre of trees and shrubs and a beautiful no cage chicken coop.

The Elizabeth Telling Farm has operated a CSA program for ten years, growing produce using sustainable practices and organic seeds and fertilizers. We are located along the pristine Captina Creek in Belmont County, Ohio. Vegetables are raised on about 12 acres of beautiful bottom land which is protected by steep hills from any neighboring conventional farms. The chickens and animals graze on the hill tops.
