So Sad..... the growing season is over, the fresh produce and fruit has gone.....Now what?
Well, I'm one of those folks, who likes my farm stuff all year long. There is always an over-abundance of vegetables and fruits here at Rockgate Farm...so, I preserve. Take a look at the items that I offer here on Local Harvest. That's just the tip of the iceberg!
Starting the first Monday in October, I will make available, offerings of my preserved items. Two to three items each Monday for twelve weeks. If you perfer a half share, then it will be two to three items every other week for 12 weeks.
Items available may be pickles, relishes, jellies, jams, breads, dried herbs, fresh eggs...whatever I have planned for that week. It will always be a variety, and I'll never do the same item twice, unless you request it.
Pick up will be Monday evenings from 4:00 to 6:00 at the Orchelns parking lot in Marshfield, MO...right on spur drive. Although shares will be pre-planned, if you have a desire for something special, e-mail me. I'll try to accomodate you, if at all possible.
Although this CSA is for Local Pickup, if you need your share shipped for whatever reason....contact the farm directly and we'll work something out. Especially, if you want to "re-gift" to someone special.

Fresh from the family farm. What I don't grow myself, I get from other local farms. Guaranteed fresh and locally grown! If you're in the mood for fresh eggs.....I'm your girl! I breed several varieties of chicken, duck, geese and quail. I offer eggs from each when available. Always fresh and tasty!
